Gifted Specialist 
Servicing 3rd, 4th and 5th grades

Misty Grimes started her teaching career in the Phenix City School system. This is currently her 14th year in education. She received her B.A. and  Master's degree in Elementary Education from Troy University. She is currently attending Samford University in Birmingham to obtain her Gifted Certification. Misty loves incorporating art into her lessons and challenging students to think creatively.

Jennifer Boutwell has been teaching for 14 years. She is married with a beautiful daughter, Anniston.  Jennifer has a Bachelors' Degree from Troy University. She is currently working on her Masters in Gifted Education.  Jennifer likes incorporating STEAM into her gifted classroom and encouraging students to think critically. 

Every Child is Gifted. They just unwrap their packages at different times.
